Near the end of the Town Council meeting Tuesday night, a special announcement by the Vice Mayor, with its 12-minute speech, definitely deserves its own Meeting Notes.
Math is much easier than taking a stand on your policy position. Also, this meeting welcomed the new feature of public comment in real-time, and the public did show up.
