UVA Board: Meeting Notes – Feb. 10th

At the February 10 meeting  the Upper Valley Waste Management Agency (UVA) Board approved the 5th amendment to their Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) agreement, pending approval from all of the member jurisdictions.  The Agency’s members include the County of Napa, the City of Calistoga, the City of St. Helena, and the Town of Yountville.
