Did You See the Activity in Town This Past Weekend?

It’s time to be talking about Economic Recovery. Town Manager, Steve Rogers, met with local representatives of the Yountville business community Economic Recovery Taskforce; members are comprised of the Yountville Chamber and community. They discussed thoughts/ideas/concerns about the Town Council approved Business Transition Support Plan (now the Economic Recovery Program) (it’s time to be forward looking). Conversation and discussion was shared on ideas from the business community on what they might like to see extended as the recovery period is fluid and some ideas of what might make sense to continue ongoing. Mayor Dunbar noted the business group has met with the County Mayors and Supervisor Chair who endorse and support continuation of recovery support efforts. More discussion to follow and then a presentation will come on this topic in the near future for the Town Council.
