With family in town last week, I got a feel for the monoculture that Yountville is evolving to. I also spent some time, and serious coin at the new “pop-up” RO Lounge housed in the previous Redd space. This “pop-up” designed by Ken Fulk (high-end taste for a temporary space) was opened in just the nick of time so that the Use Permit would allow for the current use without any updates to current rules that many other businesses in town must comply with.
I went to see the return of the familiar face of Guy and welcome him back to Yountville, and he has a great team working with him. The menu consists of all the well-known champagne houses, making it easy to hashtag your pics as an influencer and standard bar snack food with the option to add caviar to any item as well as traditional caviar service. It all adds up very quickly! Be sure you all bring your wallet; you will definitely want to split the bill.
