If COVID protocols allow, Town will start the planning and marketing for the Community Yard Sale Saturday, May 8, followed by the Spring Clean-Up Day Saturday, May 15. This would make 2021 the best year!
For Lease signs are up for the former Overland Sheepskin, JCB Senses retail space, and upstairs office on Washington St in the center of Town. The Planning staff has already heard from several interested parties, including wine tasting rooms. This is a retail permitted space, and a similar retail-related use can be approved through the Town
This past Wednesday, Town Planning met with Yountville Community Church on Yount St. to tour the construction site and review permits. Only a few inspections remain, and they report an expected May completion date. Those keeping track, that’s 2021, and after two-plus years, a light at the end of the construction tunnel.
