Retail Leasing Spaces

For Lease signs are up for the former Overland Sheepskin, JCB Senses retail space, and upstairs office on Washington St in the center of Town. The Planning staff has already heard from several interested parties, including wine tasting rooms. This is a retail permitted space, and a similar retail-related use can be approved through the Town staff.  Any wine or food-related use would require Town Council approval. I’m calling it now; the Council vote would be 5-0 for NO!
