Did you know that the Town of Yountville contracts out for assistance in our Planning Department with plan checks and building inspections? As it turns out, Rick Walker, currently contracted building inspector for the past several years with BPR Consulting retired this week. He spent his time here this precious week providing an orientation to Tim Scott who is taking his place and will provide contracted plan check and building inspection services. Possibly a bit of overlap and confusion as to the French Laundy garden’s new, unpermitted barn?
