November is Visit Napa Valley’s #YountvilleDreaming Month! As part of the campaign, businesses can leverage the month-long spotlight by sharing their business’ special offers and experiences with Yountville Dreaming Campaign, and Visit Napa Valley will help spread the word on social media and email channels.

The Napa Valley Historical Society’s “Napa Valley Dreaming” campaign offers a unique opportunity for businesses and non-profit organizations to tell the story of what makes Napa unique and showcase what makes it a desirable place to visit. With its latest marketing campaign, #YountvilleDreaming, It’s the perfect opportunity to invigorate the profile of your business by showcasing the features that set it apart.

With a one-stop-shop at VisitNapaValley.com in November, visitors will be able to learn about all of Town of Yountville’s exciting offerings — from special discounts to events and activities — as well as restaurants. Visitors will be able to plan their vacation, discover and book travel, as well as take advantage of exclusive deals and experiences.

Visit Napa Valley will be providing regular updates via social media and providing promotional assets to support the promotions that each business creates. It will post offers, events, and experiences to VisitNapaValley.com and on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reels, Tiktoks, and more!

For businesses, here are some ideas to get you started in your promotional campaigns and pop-ups:

Hotels 

  • Consider a 4th night free or a special gift at check in
  • Create a “Book Now for Spring 2022/Pay Later” package or offer a discount for Winter/Spring 2022 bookings
  • Bring hotel robes for the Welcome Center staff to wear for a couple of hours 
  • Bring sleeping masks or some kind of branded swag to hand out to visitors

Wineries 

  • Consider offering a special additional pour for guests who inquire about the Napa Valley Dreaming special 
  • A free or discounted tasting during your slowest day of the week
  • Create a guided hike experience around the winery highlighting the history/family/etc.
  • Partner with a neighboring restaurant to do a mini food & wine pop-up

Restaurants

  • Offer 2-for-1 apps on Mondays (or whatever is typically your slowest day)
  • Spotlight local farms and their stories on your social channels
  • eate a special cocktail – i.e. the “Calistoga Cooler”, etc.Partner with a winery in your town to do a mini food & wine pop-up 
  • Bring the Chef or a staff member in to talk about farm-to-table practices and what’s in season now
