Holiday Food Drive

The Holiday season is a time for merriment, celebration, and community. Food is a big part of that! Here’s an opportunity to share your holiday spirit with others by way of food.

Community Action Napa Valley, spearheaded by Assemblymember Cecilia Aguilar Curry and Councilmember Eric Hall of St Helena, is organizing a Food Drive, which runs through Nov. 2 from 10 am -11:30, to collect food for hungry families. Donations of nonperishable food items, including canned goods, fresh produce, as well as monetary donations, can be made at Lyman Park.

Since 1965, Community Action of Napa Valley has been helping to increase self-determination and self-sufficiency for low-income families, disadvantaged people, and senior citizens in our community. What better time to join in their efforts than the holidays?
