Their goal is to support NVV members with their hiring needs and ensure that Napa valley is well-staffed to welcome back eager guests safely. The NVV will also heavily promote the new Napa County-focused job board locally, among potential candidates nearby via social media and local online advertising.
The new site automatically incorporates any current and future postings on winejobs.com for work in the Napa County wine industry, and it includes a specific sub-page with jobs available for the 2021 harvest and crush season.
