ZONING & DESIGN REVIEW BOARD (ZDRB)
The Town of Yountville is seeking three (3) community volunteers to serve on the ZDRB.  The terms of office will commence July 20, 2022 and will expire July 19, 2025.  The purpose of the ZDRB is to review matters related to planning and development and make recommendations to the Town Council consistent with Yountville’s Zoning and Design Ordinances, General Plan and administrative policies.  Other items for consideration include, but are not limited to, residential design, variances, commercial design, master development plans, use permits, sign permits, rezones, land use and design policies. 
Meetings are held at Town Hall on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

YOUNTVILLE ARTS COMMISSION
The Town of Yountville is seeking three (3) community volunteers to serve on the Yountville Arts Commission.  The term of office will commence on July 21, 2022 and will expire on July 20, 2024.  The Arts Commission provides vision, leadership, inspiration and support to artists and their art in Yountville.  The Arts Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the Town Council and staff in matters pertaining to the cultural arts, including, but not limited to the development of visual, performing, and literary arts and other matters as may be referred to the Commission by the Town Council or Town Manager.
Meetings are held at Town Hall on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

YOUNTVILLE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (YCF)
The Town of Yountville is seeking five (5) community volunteers to fill upcoming vacancies on the Town of Yountville Community Foundation. Four (4) applicants must represent the “Resident” category and one (1) applicant must represent the “Non-Profit Organization Representative” category. The terms of office will commence on August 2, 2022 and will expire August 1, 2024. 

The purpose of the Town of Yountville Community Foundation (TOYCF) is to promote and raise funds to support community-based programming to benefit and serve the residents of the Town including, but not limited to: Youth recreation and education programs; Community based wellness and enrichment programs; Senior recreation, leisure, education programs and support services; Parks and facilities improvements; Cultural arts programs such as the Public Art Walk, the Gallery at the Community Hall, literary programs, visual and performing arts programs; and initiatives for events and programs staffed by community volunteers.
Meetings are held quarterly at the Yountville Community Center at 3:00 p.m.  

AFFORDABLE AND WORKFORCE HOUSING OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE (MEASURE S)
The Town of Yountville is seeking three (3) community volunteers to fill unexpired terms in the Affordable and Workforce Housing Oversight Committee. Two (2) of the vacancies are for Yountville residents and one (1) position may be filled by a non-Yountville resident whose employment is with a Yountville business or Lodging Business. The terms of office for the Resident category will expire October 1, 2024 and the Business category will expire October 1, 2023.

The purpose of the Measure S Committee is to have an interest in being a part of solving the local employee workforce housing shortage; be supportive of inclusionary housing development and programs; have a commitment to a Yountville that includes the employees who work in our local businesses, schools, town government living in Yountville, and a desire to keep Yountville the quality community that it is.Meetings are held on dates to be determined twice a year in the Town Council Chambers at 3:00 p.m. 

NVTA – ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE – ONE (1) YOUNTVILLE REPRESENTATIVE
The Yountville Town Council is seeking one (1) Yountville Representative to serve on the Active Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) (Formerly the Bicycle Advisory Committee). Final appointment is to be confirmed by the NVTA.

The ATAC advises the NVTA Board of Directors, and its purpose is to promote and encourage safe bicycling and walking. The committee works to further the Napa Valley goal of becoming more bicycle and pedestrian-friendly along with promoting sustainable transportation alternatives. The ATAC focuses on countywide interests to reduce congestion and improve air quality by promoting non-motorized (biking and walking) transportation modes as a significant, safe and beneficial transportation option.
Meetings are held on the fourth Monday every other month at 5:30 p.m. in Napa.

APPLICANT INTERVIEWS:  Applicants will be interviewed by the Town Council. Interviews may be conducted via Zoom or in-person depending on COVID-19 situation.    Date and time are to be determined by the number of applications received.
