Napa County Enters Yellow Tier

Napa County will officially be entering the least restrictive yellow tier tomorrow, June 9th. The state still plans to retire the Blue Print for a Safer Economy on June 15th as well as mask mandates. So at least for this next week, here is what is now permitted: Restaurants: Open indoors with modifications. Max 50% capacity.
