The US Bureau of Reclamation announced last week that the Capell Cove Boat Launch will be closing tomorrow, Tuesday, August 10th, due to low water levels. The parking lot and small picnic areas at the Capell Cove launch ramp will remain open. Additionally, hand launching of kayaks, canoes, and other small craft will continue to be permitted.
The boat launch will reopen when water levels rise.
