Here’s a chance to take your hospitality skills up a notch. Luxury service training courses are available for students and hospitality employees starting September 13, 2021.
This is made possible by the continued partnership between Napa Valley College’s Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Management Department (HCTM) and Forbes Travel Guide (“FTG”), the world-renowned and only global hospitality rating system. This course is divided into two, covering basics such as telephone etiquette and effective communication to specific service standards for luxury hotels and resorts, to be taught by none other than Jessica Penman, the Director of Community Relations of Yountville Chamber of Commerce.
