Chef Thomas Keller is bringing a new lounge pop-up to Yountville. Mr. Keller previously purchased the former Redd spot, and it looks to finally be opening after being vacant for two and half years. Billed as a “spirited lounge,” this venture will spotlight his relationship with Regiis Ova caviar and a beverage program with champagne and wine.
