Premiere Napa Valley returns this year for a combination of in-person and virtual events, showcasing the latest vintages and offerings. Taking place starting Wednesday, Feb. 23rd through Saturday, Feb. 26th, there are several events on the agenda.
Here’s the schedule:
- February 23 – New Vintage Perspective Auction. This auction will feature 1, 2 or 3 case lots of wine from the 2001 – 2010 vintages. This opportunity is ideal for any trade account, particularly restaurants, interested in adding ready-to-drink wines to their portfolio.
- Two Premiere-focused Napa Valley Sessions. On February 23, Karen MacNeil (author of The Wine Bible) hosts a discussion on the 2019, 2020 and 2021 vintages with winemakers from FAVIA, Davies Vineyards, Silver Ghost and Antinori – Antica Estate. On February 24, Vincent Morrow MS hosts Vintage Perspective 2001 – 2010 with winemakers from Cakebread Cellars, Chimney Rock Winery, Louis M. Martini Winery and Terra Valentine.
- February 25 – Lot tasting
- February 26 – Live-streamed Premiere Napa Valley auction. Pre-show starts live at 12:30 p.m. Final bidding starts at 1 p.m. PT. Final bidding for the Vintage Perspective Auction starts at 4 p.m. PT.
