LUNAFEST, the fundraising film festival to support women and girls, is back again—and this time, it’s in St. Helena.
Soroptimist International St. Helena Sunrise, Girls on the Run Napa & Solano, and NEWS are proud to host LUNAFEST at The Cameo on May 24th, 2022. LUNAFEST’s mission is to promote women filmmakers and raise awareness of issues that affect women around the world. It brings together local communities for an entertaining evening of films directed by, written by, and about women.
In addition to showcasing extraordinary films from around the world, LUNAFEST also raises funds for various nonprofit organizations in its host community. This year’s event will benefit Soroptimist International St. Helena Sunrise, Girls on the Run Napa & Solano, and NEWS. Each organization is dedicated to making changes in its community through education, health equity initiatives, and gender equality support services.
