Town Staff has been working with Whitney Diver McEvoy at the Yountville Chamber to offer a Vaccine Clinic at the Yountville Community Center specifically targeted to restaurant workers. The Town and Chamber will offer the clinic on March 23rd and April 20th, 2021. The Town will also be supporting the event with two bilingual Team members.
This clinic is a collaboration between Safeway, Yountville Chamber, and the Town of Yountville and will only be serving restaurant workers in Yountville. This clinic is to assist with vaccination for 1b tier qualifications, of which restaurant workers qualify.
We are expecting over 500 people to come through. There are still roughly 100 spots available, for those who currently qualify. If you are interested in receiving the vaccine, please make an appointment ASAP. This is a first come, first serve process. Details below!

DAY OF CLINIC – Important Items You are REQUIRED to bring
- Must have made their appointment. Please show up 15 min prior to your appointment, not any earlier
- Bring the FILLED OUT COVID-19 Consent Form

- Bring Drivers License or ID Card
- Bring Medical Insurance Card (if don’t have medical insurance, that is OK, just state that at check in)
- Bring Proof of employment at your business (id badge, pay stub, letter from employer)
- Wear Short Sleeve shirt if possible
- Do NOT attend clinic if you are feeling unwell or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
The Moderna Vaccine will be administered. The second clinic, for the second shot, will be Tuesday, April 20, 2021, employees will make their appointment for their second shot at the March 23 clinic.
