The Kiwanis Club of Yountville is partnering with Project KIKS for its first Sister City Project! The Town of Yountville formally recognized the town of Todos Santos as its Sister City last year. Our former Mayor, Cindy Saucerman, has a home there and it is an amazing little community with artists and restaurants (sound familiar?) The Kiwanis will be collecting new pairs of children and teen-sized shoes at the Community Center. The shoes will be delivered to Todos Santos in May for distribution to disadvantaged youth. Donations can also be dropped off at Crosswalk Community Church in Napa. You can also donate directly to the project at www.projectkiks.org and all money raised will go towards purchasing new shoes ($10 a pair).
