Napa County Enters Yellow Tier

Napa County will officially be entering the least restrictive yellow tier tomorrow, June 9th. The state still plans to retire the Blue Print for a Safer Economy on June 15th as well as mask mandates.

So at least for this next week, here is what is now permitted:

  • Restaurants: Open indoors with modifications. Max 50% capacity.
  • Wineries/Breweries & Distilleries: Open indoors with modifications. Max 50% capacity or 200 ppl, whichever is fewer.
  • Tasting Rooms in Town Limits: Open indoors with modifications. Max 50% capacity.
  • Bars: Open indoors with modifications, max 25%. If meal is provided, follow Restaurant guidance.
  • Hotels/Lodging: Open with modifications. AND Indoor Pools, Fitness Centers, Spa Facilities, Saunas, Steam Rooms, 50% capacity
  • Gyms/Fitness Centers: Open with modifications. AND Indoor Pools, Fitness Centers, Saunas, Steam Rooms, 50% capacity
  • Offices: Open indoors with modifications, encourage telework.
  • Retail: Open indoors with modifications
  • Shopping Centers: Open indoors with modifications. Closed Common areas. Reduced capacity food courts (see restaurant guidance)
  • Personal Care Services: Open indoors with modifications
  • Museums/Zoos/Aquariums: Open indoors with modifications.
  • Places of Worship: Open indoors with modifications. Max 50% capacity
  • Movie Theaters: Open indoors with modifications. Max 50% capacity.
  • GATHERINGS, with no defined guest list: Outdoor, Max 100 people. Max 50% capacity indoors, or 50 people, whichever if fewer.
  • PRIVATE EVENTS: Outdoor, Max 200 people. If all tested or proof of vaccine, max 400 people. Indoors, if all guests tested/proof of vaccine, max 200 people.
