Town of Yountville Planning & Building Director Sandra Liston has announced her retirement effective as of October 14, 2021.
As a former Town Council member and ZDRB member, I can say that Sandra was an integral part of my experience and learning here in Yountville. We both got to experience a General Plan update as well as land use law and of course, parking. This experience has helped me be a more informed citizen of Yountville. Thank you, Sandra.
Sandra joined the Town of Yountville in 2008. She received her B.A. from the University of California and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She practiced land use law and worked in private industry development before joining local government in 2003. Sandra enjoys working with property owners, developers, and design professionals in shaping the built environment.
